4. TIP GET BACK AND KEEP YOUR BALANCE

Our body and mind are part of the whole being, and are constantly influencing and affecting each other. If you’re experiencing a lot of mental stress, try to reduce it by calming your body down—a calm body equals a calmer mind.

How do you calm your body down and reduce physical stress?

There are some ways I used most of time. First of all move you body! A little walk, jogging, running, some sport activities... does not matter, just move! Try to meditate, calm yourself down... Read a book, watch a good/relaxing movie. Go outside,enjoy a the nature. Do something you have never done before to break out from every routine!
