5. TIP BACK TO THE ROOTS - EXERCISE !
Back to the roots- exercising. Never will be out-fashioned for sure... Running, jogging, yoga, street workout, biking,
gym work, thai chi - you name it.
Your body-mind-soul must be in balance, exercising help a lot in it. Anything super-physical will wipe out most of your mental stresses once the exercise endorphins (happy chemicals) are released into your brain. During the years I figured it out for myself what to do : exercising 3-5 days a week. You don't have to be an athlete , just do something!
So, after these 5 tips, you hopefully got some ideas in everyday life to live a better life !
